no support for editing in design mode?

I did the following:

You just have to drag & drop DataGridView Extension component from the VS.NET 2005 Toolbox on your root container then select the grid you
wish to manage and set the value of its property ‘IsManagedByExtension’ to true. 

 
But I can not design the grid at design time in the 2 Express editions. Any idea?

Hi Luc,
DataGridView Extension cannot customize the datagrid design-time. But you can export all the customization and deploy them along with your application.
