Really sorry for the inconvenience.
It seems that there are difference in your environment and the one we reproduced the problem. We are absolutely determined to find the cause and fix it. For now, to restore at least the previous working status you can replace your pdf exporter assembly with the one from the zip. The version published for download on our web site does not contain the changes we made for you.
Now regarding your question for the logos in the exports: Yes, we do have plans for this. It will be possible to select an image/logo for the export but this functionality probably will be available in 1.2 or in the version after it.
